Watteco's family of WPC-IP devices offers a complete range of PLC connectivity solutions over 6LoWPAN adaptation layer.

The WPC-IP™ Transceiver uses Watteco's WPC™ physical layer (PHY) which has been adapted for the well-known IEEE 802.15.4 protocol used to enable RF transmission at low data rates with low power consumption and complexity. By combining Watteco's WPC-IP™ transceiver with a host microcontroller implementing IEEE 802.15.4 and upper layers, OEMs can develop products using the IPv6 architecture to deliver services over ultra-low-power PLC networks. watteco_wpc-ip-transceiver
The WPC-IP™ MCM delivers complete IPv6-based PLC node functionality with fast time to market by combining all WPC-IP™ transceiver functions with an MSP430™ microcontroller along with a full, embedded 6LoWPAN communication stack. Designed specifically for Low power and Lossy Networks (LLNs), this stack provides IPv6 services and robust RPL layer networking capabilities for high-performance communication.
