| The WPC-IP™ Transceiver uses Watteco's WPC™ physical layer (PHY) which has been adapted for the well-known IEEE 802.15.4 protocol used to enable RF transmission at low data rates with low power consumption and complexity. By combining Watteco's WPC-IP™ transceiver with a host microcontroller implementing IEEE 802.15.4 and upper layers, OEMs can develop products using the IPv6 architecture to deliver services over ultra-low-power PLC networks. |
